MARKETING STRATEGY

"He Who Fails to Plan, Plans to Fail." If you're a business owner or have any role in leadership, you know this all too well. Having a plan in place just makes everything easier. It brings focus and clarity. It helps lessen fear and anxiety. It gives everyone clear and specific tasks to accomplish goals together. With a marketing strategy and plan, all marketing efforts are guided to stay on brand, on point, and inline with that strategy. Without a plan and strategy in place, marketing becomes a series of disconnected efforts with no goals to dictate where you are going and what you are doing.


WHAT WE DO

Discovery. We listen and ask you questions to find out what you do best, what your ideal client is, what your goals are, where you are and where you want to end up.

Review. We take all this information into consideration and compare it to what we see in print, on your website and in your social media channels.

Research. We gather information about other similar companies and study industry trends to determine where you fall in the market. We also see if we can glean from those that are successful in that space. We compare your target market with the demographic for each social media outlet to determine which ones you should focus on.

Brainstorm. We determine what types of print marketing you should focus on, what social media outlets are tailored best to your market and what adjustments could be made on your website. We think outside the box to come up with other creative ways to market you. We try to figure out who you should connect with, what organizations you should join and where you should advertise.

Document. We gather up all our thoughts and suggestions and create a multi-page document outlining our findings. We then set up a time to go over it with you and to answer any questions you might have.

Execution. After the review process is complete, we start scheduling out our recommendations from the marketing plan document. The first thing we start with is branding so that you are set up with a visual style that best portrays who you are. We then set timely goals which include what social media content we should post, what time we should post it, which website edits will be made and what print design projects will be created.
